Job Description

Alchemy seeks a Senior UX/UI Product Designer to craft intuitive, accessible digital experiences that support enterprise modernization in a hybrid role out of Sacramento, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, accessible, and user‑centered digital experiences that support enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Leverage Human‑Centered Design (HCD), Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), and modern UX methodologies to deliver accessible, visually consistent, and highly usable digital products.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS): at least 2 years of hands‑on experience (required).
  • Product Designer: minimum 3 years of professional experience (required).
  • Human‑Centered Design (HCD): at least 2 years of experience (required).
  • Minimum one completed project demonstrating the ability to normalize approximately 200 user flows into consistent UI patterns for enterprise applications.
  • Evidence may be demonstrated using up to two projects.
