Senior UI/UX Designer

Lead end-to-end UI/UX design work for web and mobile products in Seattle, translating business needs into user-centered interface solutions.

Responsibilities

• Convert high-level business requirements into practical user interface solutions aligned with current interaction design standards and visual design trends
• Create intuitive, usable, and engaging interaction flows and interface designs for web and mobile applications
• Research technology and emerging interaction design trends
• Conceive, manage, and lead design projects from start to finish
• Support design decisions with clear rationale using relevant data and sound judgment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the broader UX team throughout the design process
• Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications
• Update and contribute to a user experience knowledge repository by refining UI Guidelines, design processes, and reusable patterns

Salary

• USD 60,000 - 148,500 per year
