Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Create high quality UI designs in Figma aligned with the design system and accessibility standards.
• Lead the full UX research lifecycle, including requirements gathering, user interviews, accessibility and heuristic audits, usability testing, and synthesis of findings.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive user experience across multiple PtP program modules.
• Translate research insights into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI assets.
• Maintain consistency and usability across modules through design governance and iterative refinement.
• Leverage Figma Make and AI-driven design tools to streamline design, prototyping, and testing workflows.
