Job Description
Senior UI/UX Designer role at Wipro Limited, onsite in Seattle, WA, with a salary range of USD 45,000 to 121,000 per year, focusing on high quality UI design in Figma, comprehensive UX research, and delivering a seamless PtP program experience.
Responsibilities
- Create high quality UI designs in Figma aligned with the design system and accessibility standards.
- Lead the full UX research lifecycle, including requirements gathering, user interviews, accessibility and heuristic audits, usability testing, and synthesis of findings.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive user experience across multiple PtP program modules.
- Translate research insights into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI assets.
- Maintain consistency and usability across modules through design governance and iterative refinement.
- Leverage Figma Make and AI-driven design tools to streamline design, prototyping, and testing workflows.
