Senior Thumbnail & Motion Designer

Ramsey Solutions is seeking a Senior Thumbnail & Motion Designer to lead the creation of YouTube thumbnails, motion graphics, and show branding across the Ramsey Network. The role works closely with producers, editors, and strategists, applying data-driven insights to improve performance. This is an onsite position based in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

• Design YouTube thumbnails that boost click-through rates and viewer engagement
• Produce motion graphics and show assets using After Effects and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Collaborate with producers and strategists to visually position programs and on-screen talent
• Develop visual systems that preserve brand consistency while allowing each show to stand out
• Leverage testing, analytics, and iterative design to continually enhance performance
• Explore AI tools and emerging workflows to speed up processes and expand creative exploration
• Mentor and support fellow designers on the team

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in digital design, YouTube content, creator media, or motion graphics
• Strong Photoshop skills with proven thumbnail design capabilities
• Experience creating motion graphics in After Effects
• A portfolio featuring YouTube thumbnails, digital campaigns, motion graphics, or creator-focused work
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
• Excellent visual storytelling instincts and meticulous attention to detail
