Senior Product Designer II
Job Description
The Coca-Cola Company is building an in-house product design practice embedded within cross-functional product teams. As a Senior Product Designer II, you will shape end-to-end customer and internal experiences, including emerging AI-enabled interactions, from discovery through delivery and ongoing iteration.
Role overview
You will lead design for a portion of the business, owning an end-to-end experience across customer-facing and internal tools. The role emphasizes UX vision, high-quality craft, and collaboration with research and engineering teams to validate assumptions and improve solutions over time.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for a product area or journey, covering discovery, delivery, and iteration.
- Translate user needs and business context into a clear UX vision using interaction models, flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished visuals to communicate ideas and align stakeholders.
- Contribute to discovery through research synthesis, journey mapping, and rapid prototyping.
- Partner with UXR to drive user research and testing sessions to validate assumptions and refine solutions.
- Use data and qualitative insight together to guide design decisions and prioritization.
- Design end-to-end experiences that consider the full journey across digital and service touchpoints.
- Apply and help build shared design systems, patterns, and accessibility standards.
- Maintain a high bar for quality, consistency, usability, and craft across shipped work.
- Work with engineering to support quality implementation and post-launch iteration.
- Clearly communicate design intent, rationale, and tradeoffs to cross-functional partners.
- Engage in critique and feedback to raise overall team work quality.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of UX, product design, or interaction design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to clearly articulate design tradeoffs, including how AI is used within your design process.
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped digital experiences that solved real problems and delivered business impact.
- Strong artifacts and case studies covering interaction design, information architecture, and visual design for web and mobile.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience using Figma MCP x Claude Code for design and prototyping.
- Solid grounding in user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to operate effectively in empowered, cross-functional teams within an owned problem space.
- Experience designing complex workflows, operational tools, or data-rich products.
- Background in enterprise or ecosystem products spanning multiple user roles or touchpoints, especially call center applications.
- Exposure to AI-enabled or intelligent systems, including agentic or generative experiences.
- Experience contributing to or building design systems and shared experience frameworks.

Location and work setup
- This role is based at Coca-Cola's global headquarters in Atlanta, GA with a hybrid schedule of three days per week in office.

Compensation and incentives
- Pay range: USD 171,000 - 198,000 per year (United States of America).
- Annual incentive reference value percentage: 30
