Own design execution for roadmap initiatives, from problem framing through shipped product, in partnership with product
Turn complex workflows and data into intuitive, elegant user experiences
Design for trust in AI-driven decisions: help users understand, verify, and act on agent recommendations on desktop and in the field
Lead discovery efforts by synthesizing inputs from users, data, and stakeholders
Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes that are visually polished and functionally robust
Collaborate closely with engineering and PM to define product direction and ensure design feasibility
Conduct and lead user research, usability testing, and iterative validation
Drive the evolution of Circuit’s design system and interaction patterns
Advocate for inclusive, accessible design across product decisions

5-8 years of experience designing digital products in cross-functional environments
Strong portfolio showing shipped work and elegant problem-solving across platforms
Proven ability to drive ambiguous projects from discovery to delivery
Experience as an embedded designer partnering with product and engineering on a fast-moving technical roadmap
Deep expertise with Figma (components, prototyping, versioning) and other design tools
Experience designing for both web and mobile, including comfort designing for users in the field (interrupted, low-attention, mobile-first contexts)
Fluency in design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design
Strong product thinking and systems-level design mindset
Comfort prototyping in code with AI-assisted tools, translating Figma designs into working prototypes engineers can react to, with enough front-end fluency to understand feasibility
Comfort getting close to unfamiliar, technical domains, preferring hands-on learning such as sitting with a field technician
