Responsibilities
- Drive high quality motion graphics and animations across product UI/UX, marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, social content, promos, trailers, and beyond.
- Work hands-on from storyboards and styleframes through animatics to final delivery, blending 2D and 3D techniques to bring ideas to life.
- Develop and maintain scalable motion design guidelines, templates, and toolkits for use across teams and projects (product UI, brand campaigns, social, etc.).
- Collaborate with product designers, UI/UX teams, engineers, marketing, and other creatives to ensure motion supports user experience and brand objectives.
- Manage multiple projects by scoping, scheduling, and delivering motion work on time while upholding high creative and technical standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in motion graphics and animation, including both product-facing work and campaigns/marketing.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, marketing content, product UI/UX animations, social/digital content, and related motion work.
- Solid understanding of animation fundamentals such as timing, spacing, anticipation, composition, rhythm, and design sensibility.
- Expert proficiency with industry tools, including After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop; experience with Figma, Cinema 4D, or Blender is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, incorporate feedback, iterate quickly, and manage multiple deliverables under deadlines.

Nice to have
- Experience developing or maintaining motion systems, design toolkits, or templates to enable scalable workflows across projects.
- Background in both product motion (UI/UX) and brand or marketing motion.
- Graphic design fluency with layout, hierarchy, and typography, plus good instincts on when motion clarifies or emotions are better conveyed by a still image.
- Comfort working across 2D and 3D motion, with familiarity in compositing, post-production, and optimization for web, mobile, social, or broadcast contexts.
- Experience mentoring or leading a small team of designers or animators, providing creative guidance and feedback.
