Senior Digital UX Product Designer

Remote Senior Digital UX Product Designer role supporting healthcare-focused digital product work across UX/UI, design systems, accessibility, and large-scale website projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and build user interfaces and user experiences for large-scale websites in healthcare settings
• Partner with UX researchers to help ensure solutions align with user needs
• Develop and maintain a design system, including UI components and dark/light mode support
• Work within preset brand design patterns to maintain consistency across projects
• Apply accessibility standards (WCAG) within design deliverables and workflows
• Support large-scale website initiatives with attention to accessibility and branded pattern consistency

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a UI and UX designer, ideally on large-scale website projects
• 4+ years designing and building in Figma
• 3+ years building and maintaining design systems
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience collaborating with UX researchers
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments
