Responsibilities

- Translate business needs into Salesforce solution options, participating in design sessions and requirement workshops with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical staff, balancing functional needs with platform capabilities and stepping into functional or technical roles as design and requirements demand.
- Create and maintain solution documentation, including solution design documents (SDDs), data flow diagrams, and configuration workbooks, keeping documents current as designs evolve.
- Identify design gaps, cross-workstream dependencies, and potential risks; escalate as needed and contribute to resolution discussions.
- Review configuration and development work to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and client standards, guided by senior team members.
- Support estimation and scoping activities during pursuit and early delivery, contributing to technical and functional sections of proposals.
- Actively pursue Salesforce certifications relevant to the SA career path and contribute to practice development through documentation of lessons learned and reusable assets.
