Product Designer - Senior
Job Description
eolx is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the product design process end to end, helping shape experiences from early research through to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. This part-time, remote role focuses on UX and digital design execution, with close collaboration across teams to deliver accessible, high-quality product experiences.
What you’ll do
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define product vision and requirements.
- Run user research and usability testing to generate insights that guide design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, InVision, or Adobe XD.
- Design responsive web experiences that perform well on mobile devices.
- Apply design thinking principles to improve interaction design and user flows.
- Use established web accessibility standards by implementing appropriate design patterns.
- Work alongside developers to ensure designs are feasible and consistent with technical specifications (experience with Angular, React, or JavaScript is a plus).
- Analyze user data using tools such as Google Analytics 360 to support design improvements.
- Contribute to A/B testing efforts to evaluate effectiveness and iterate based on results.
- Maintain design documentation, including user acceptance testing outcomes and business requirements.
What you bring
- Proven experience as a Product Designer (or similar), supported by a strong portfolio of digital design work.
- Strong familiarity with front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Bootstrap.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Analytical capability with experience in data visualization and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Omniture.
- Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Axure, Balsamiq, or similar tools.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration into product designs.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain design concepts to stakeholders.
- A continued interest in staying current with UX/UI trends and technology advancements.
