Job Description

Uninex is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end design work for digital products, with a focus on creating smooth, user-centered experiences across web and mobile. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to convert requirements into design solutions that support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to guide design decisions.
  • Build and maintain detailed user flows, information architecture, and interaction designs to improve usability and accessibility across digital touchpoints.
  • Create high-fidelity visual designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and established design patterns.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to implement responsive web designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks including React and Angular, supporting pixel-perfect results.
  • Run user research and analyze performance data using tools such as Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to support iterative improvements.
  • Use A/B testing to validate design effectiveness and refine experiences over time.
  • Apply human-centered design principles to deliver engaging experiences for both mobile applications and web platforms.
  • Work in Agile environments, including Scrum, to deliver rapid prototypes and iterate based on stakeholder feedback and usability insights.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven UI/UX design experience for digital products, including mobile applications and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong proficiency with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, and React Express.
  • Ability to lead UX design projects from requirements gathering through delivery while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with wireframing tools such as Balsamiq and Axure, prototyping tools such as InVision and UXPin, and graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile practices like Scrum, including experience with Jira for project management.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards in interaction design to support inclusive experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting web analytics data to drive ongoing product improvements.
  • Experience designing for responsive web environments using Bootstrap or WordPress; knowledge of motion graphics using Adobe After Effects is a plus.

Compensation

USD 62,389 - 75,135 per year.
