Product Designer
Job Description
Amperos is hiring its first full-time Product Designer to help define the next standard in revenue cycle management (RCM) software, with a focus on human and AI collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with product-minded engineers to shape the future of revenue cycle management (RCM) technology
- Design deeply for how humans and AI collaborate inside product experiences
- Create workqueue software that assigns and coordinates tasks across human and AI agents
- Design internal tools to streamline work for service teams
- Build analytic dashboards and custom reporting for healthcare executives
- Design clear, easy-to-follow AI agent workflows within the platform
Requirements
- Can design elegant but familiar experiences for users accustomed to antiquated software
- Able to quickly prototype end-to-end features and handle edge cases in complex billing workflows
- Strong product discovery skills with user research experience in B2B and/or healthcare software
- Experience creating a design system from 0-1 and driving implementation with engineering
- Works at the frontier of using AI/LLM tools in design workflows (e.g., Figma Make, Claude Code, Cursor)
- Very organized in Figma
- Interest in growing and leading an AI-native design function in the future
- Interest in antiquated industries and comfort immersing in healthcare billing
- Bonus: experience building and designing RCM software, plus shipping frontend code with AI tools

Compensation
- $200K - $250K per year
