Motion Designer, Performance Creative

Dentsu Creative is hiring a Motion Designer, Performance Creative for a temporary, full-time remote role in California (US-based only). This position focuses on producing client-ready motion graphics and editorial support, with compensation in the range of USD 111,780 to 149,040 per year. Temporary employees may receive paid holidays and safe and sick time per policy.

What you’ll do

• Create 3D stage renderings, 2D graphics, animations, and storyboards aligned with client requests while staying true to each brand
• Design graphic templates that other team members and client teams or partner agencies can use
• Collaborate with internal creative teams to keep delivery consistent across different mediums
• Provide graphic support for editors including elements such as lower thirds, logo intros, and special effects
• Stay current with software and design trends to incorporate best practices into motion work
• Apply knowledge across multiple motion disciplines, including animation, audio, and editing

What you bring

• Hands-on motion design experience with strong conceptualization skills
• Experience using AI tools
• 1+ years experience in an advertising or agency setting
• 4-7 years of experience
• Ability to work in Adobe Creative Products including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Mastery of Adobe After Effects to produce engaging animations
• Ability to work seamlessly in Cinema 4D
• AR filter experience is preferred
• Remote availability: West Coast preferred and must be willing to work during PST hours
• W2 on Dentsu payroll only
• Must be US-based

Contract details and location

This is a temporary, full-time role with a remote setup for candidates in USA - Remote - California. Dentsu expects flexibility to meet company and client needs, which may include office attendance.

Employees who live within commuting distance of a hub office (currently Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City) are required to work from the office three days per week (or two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate additional hub offices at any time, and those outside commuting range may be designated as remote depending on role and business needs.

Compensation and eligibility

The hourly pay range for this position is $111,780.00 to $149,040.00. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays per Dentsu policy and safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
