Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator
Job Description
The Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator supports marketing, branding, and asset creation across Enmarket Arena, Johnny Mercer Theatre, and VyStar Pavilion with on-site event support in Savannah, GA.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of creative assets for concerts, sports, family shows, venue initiatives, sponsorships, and community events across all three venues, spanning digital, print, social, video, and environmental graphics.
- Produce engaging social content including graphics, photography, videography, editing, copywriting, and short-form formats to boost audience engagement, brand awareness, and ticket sales.
- Manage venue social channels through content planning, scheduling, publishing, community management, audience engagement, and real-time event coverage.
- Support concepting and production of campaigns, fan experiences, artist gifting programs, influencer activations, and other content opportunities that enhance guest experience and earned media.
- Collaborate with internal teams, promoters, artists, agents, sponsors, and media partners to develop and execute marketing and creative strategies aligned with event and venue goals.
- Design and maintain venue branding materials, marketing collateral, advertising creative, sponsorship mockups, presentations, sales materials, signage, email templates, and digital assets while ensuring brand consistency.
- Plan and execute event marketing campaigns, including advertising strategy, media planning, promotional activations, publicity efforts, grassroots marketing, and ticket sales initiatives.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, update website content, and manage digital communications to support announcements, pre-sales, promotions, and venue messaging.
- Participate in creative planning to develop content calendars, campaign concepts, promotional strategies, and innovative marketing initiatives.
- Provide on-site support for events, including content capture, media relations assistance, sponsor activation execution, artist hospitality support, and promotional execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, social analytics, and audience engagement metrics to optimize content and support reporting efforts.
- Support partnership, premium sales, and sponsorship initiatives through asset development, activation execution, and fulfillment of marketing obligations.
- Maintain relationships with media partners, promoters, community organizations, and industry stakeholders to amplify venue visibility and promotional efforts.
- Work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
- Assist with internship oversight, departmental administrative duties, and other marketing and creative projects as assigned.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of related experience.
- Background in graphic design, digital media marketing, or communications.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or comparable tools for graphic and video design.
- Ability to adapt and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, quick learner, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative and driven, capable of conceiving and executing distinctive marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule as required.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or graphic design, or a graphic design minor.
- Combination of an associate’s degree or certificate with graphic design coursework plus 1 year of relevant experience may be acceptable.
- Experience with large-scale events in a stadium or concert setting of 9,000+ seats is desirable.
