Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator
Job Description
This hybrid marketing and graphic design role supports Aria Group Architects’ business development, brand storytelling, and talent attraction initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal and external marketing materials, including brochures, qualifications packages, presentations, and templates for business development, marketing, and recruitment.
- Create digital and print-ready content that follows Aria’s brand identity; collaborate with internal or external designers as needed.
- Manage the firm’s website and social media presence, including regular updates to reflect ongoing projects, news, and events on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Draft and publish press releases, build promotional collateral, and coordinate publication opportunities with industry media outlets.
- Assemble, edit, and submit responses to RFPs, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and company-hosted events, including planning, logistics, materials, and vendor management.
- Coordinate and manage photography projects with outside photographers and clients.
- Edit and occasionally capture photos of staff and projects for use in marketing materials.
- Support miscellaneous marketing needs and assist with related duties as assigned, including occasional travel.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive work environment through daily collaboration with the project team, clients, partners, and the community.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related media field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Experience with WordPress and basic website content management.
- Familiarity with marketing practices on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Understanding of the design services market and marketing strategy development.
- Experience in publication relations and promotional campaign execution.
- Basic photography and photo editing skills.

Location: Oak Park, IL (hybrid)
Compensation: USD 55,000 - 70,000 per year
Collaboration: Works closely with the Chief Business Development Officer, internal committees and studios, and occasionally HR.
