Design modern, engaging user experiences that address both user and business goals
Organize and facilitate collaborative work sessions and design thinking exercises across multiple teams or departments
Use user research insights and data analysis to guide design decisions
Identify gaps where additional data and research are needed to reduce uncertainty and improve outcomes
Develop and propose new product opportunities that add to product strategy and deliver value across patient and user segments
Define interaction patterns, user flows, and complex information architecture models for end-to-end journeys across products
Create low, medium, and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for product and UI surfaces
Perform a basic level of generative and evaluative user research, including moderation of user sessions, synthesis of feedback, and sharing insights with the broader team
Document product design work, including detailed UI specifications, UX decision making with rationale, and user interview learnings
Identify and develop toolkits and processes that enable team members and help scale the design function

7+ years of product design experience in a similar role or product organization
BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
Strong problem-solving skills for complex software applications and platforms
Excellent storytelling and communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
Blended skill set across visual design, information architecture, interaction design, multiple prototyping methods, and basic user research
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to launch products
Experience leading a style guide or design system initiative and driving organization-wide usage and adoption
Strong judgment and decision-making skills
Comprehensive portfolio of product design case studies showing early concepts and iterations, including user research, performance metrics, and design process details
