Overview

Quantic is seeking a talented User Interface Designer to join our Exton, PA office. The role centers on user centered design for web and mobile applications, collaborating with product managers, developers, and other designers to bring engaging digital experiences to life. This is an in person position requiring daily commuting to Exton, PA with no remote work or visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine web and mobile interfaces with Figma, turning concepts into tangible UI components.
• Produce wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes to convey design ideas clearly.
• Work with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders within an Agile framework to capture business needs and keep design alignment across the SDLC.
• Apply responsive design techniques to deliver consistent experiences across devices and screen sizes.
• Monitor industry trends, adopt best practices, and explore new UI/UX technologies to inform design decisions.
• Incorporate established design patterns and accessibility standards to improve usability for diverse users.

Requirements

• Strong Figma skills for UI design, wireframing, and prototyping
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Background in e commerce, dashboard, and mobile projects with an understanding of business requirements shaping digital design
• Knowledge of Agile methods and tools such as Jira is beneficial
