Graphic & Web Designer

Ironside Press invites applications for a Graphic and Web Designer. This full-time, on-site role in Vero Beach, Florida focuses on delivering design solutions across print and digital media while collaborating with a team and upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through completion, collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments.
• Design for diverse mediums including print, web, digital formats, social media, email campaigns, large-scale formats, branding, and identity; troubleshoot web-related issues as they arise.
• Prioritize the user journey when designing and structuring websites to optimize the end-to-end experience.
• Create marketing and communication materials ranging from corporate promotional pieces and startup awareness designs to complex responsive websites.
• Maintain strong organization, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure deadlines are met within allocated budgets.
• Adhere to structured workflows, maintain organization, and apply careful self review of all work.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and skill development in both design and marketing strategies.
• Uphold Ironside Press creative standards and integrate constructive feedback effectively.
• Develop creative briefs directly with clients and follow internal briefs and brand standards provided by colleagues.
• Contribute innovative ideas while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of graphic design experience in a marketing agency, design firm, or similar environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience in UI web design, particularly WordPress with Elementor Builder.
• Exceptional communication skills and confidence in leading client meetings.

Compensation

Pay is based on experience, portfolio, and level of responsibility. Ironside Press provides coaching, equipment, and ongoing training. Pay range: $28.00 to $32.50 per hour.
