Graphic Design & Typesetting

Greater Minnesota Communications is hiring a creative graphic designer who will handle both marketing design and daily typesetting for weekly publications and related projects.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing materials on a daily basis, including brochures, flyers, postcards, folders, and similar print collateral for a range of businesses and customers
• Perform typesetting for weekly newspaper publications
• Support local community guides and local community print and digital projects through layout and production work
• Work with a fast-paced team while staying self-motivated and able to operate independently
• Maintain high attention to detail and manage multiple tasks to meet production timelines

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (required): InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Detail-oriented approach with effective multi-tasking skills
