Responsibilities

• Produce print and digital designs using diverse techniques and software for promotions, advertisements, and instructional materials distributed across multiple media outlets
• Apply specialized functional and industry knowledge to design work
• Develop solutions for moderately complex design challenges
• Work independently with some guidance
• May review or guide activities of junior designers

Requirements

• 2+ years of graphic design experience across print, digital, and multimedia products
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience facilitating client-facing discussions to interpret workforce messaging, visualize data, and conceptualize analytic ideas
• A portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work, including visual solutions for complex challenges
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver design outcomes aligned with mission-focused goals
