Graphic Design – Marketing and Trade Show Team - Level 2
Job Description
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Level 2 Graphic Design professional for the Marketing and Trade Show Team in Fort Worth, TX, with hybrid work options.
Responsibilities
- Transform complex concepts into engaging visual experiences, guiding projects from concept through final delivery.
- Excel at visual storytelling and stay current with new technologies, including AI powered creative tools.
- Support internal and external communications across advertising, marketing campaigns, trade shows, employee engagement, executive communications, and brand storytelling.
- Act as steward of the Lockheed Martin brand and partner with stakeholders to translate strategic goals into impactful visuals.
- Maintain project documentation, organize and track assets, manage budgets, coordinate timelines, and ensure adherence to established processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define project requirements, develop production specs, request and evaluate quotes, manage budgets, oversee schedules, and ensure on time delivery and high quality.
- Build a strong portfolio across digital and print media, including web and social content, interactive experiences, motion graphics, presentations, environmental graphics, tradeshows, branding, and marketing collateral.
- Demonstrate collaboration, curiosity for new ideas and technologies, and a willingness to share knowledge with others.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field with 2+ years of professional experience; or 6+ years of equivalent experience in the absence of a degree.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience delivering visual communication solutions in partnership with clients, stakeholders, or cross-functional teams.
- Experience using project management tools and business processes to organize work, track progress, maintain assets, and support project execution.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, creative problem solving, and work across multiple media formats.
- Experience with AI powered creative tools and their application within design workflows.
