Graphic Design Expert
Job Description
AuraOne Human Data is hiring a remote independent contractor to support AI-assisted graphic design creative review workflows. In this role, you’ll evaluate model outputs against current craft and tooling standards, identify production-readiness issues, and record corrected approaches so the modeling team can train on them. If you enjoy structured critique, consistent rubric scoring, and tooling fluency, this contract work offers a clear, repeatable review loop from grading to documentation.
This position is Remote (remote) and US-eligible. Compensation is $19–$65 per hour, with contractor employment type.
What you’ll do
- Review AI outputs for Graphic Design creative review assignments using current craft, constraints, and tooling standards.
- Grade composition, constraint adherence, and production-readiness using a structured rubric.
- Flag tooling-specific failures such as incorrect file format, scale, naming, and layer hygiene, assigning severity tags where applicable.
- Capture the corrected approach or reference materials so the modeling team can train on the right outcomes.
- Adjudicate disputed creative judgments by comparing against published references or firm style guides.
- Participate in inter-rater calibration cycles to keep reviewer-quality scores consistent.
Example tasks
- Grade a model’s output against the brief and rate craft, constraints, and production-readiness.
- Identify a tooling failure such as incorrect file format, unsupported feature usage, or broken naming conventions, with severity labeling.
- Resolve disagreements between reviewers by applying a firm style guide to a disputed creative judgment.
- Audit a 25-asset batch for rubric consistency and report rubric drift to the program lead.
What you bring
- Portfolio or production experience in graphic design creative review (or an adjacent creative discipline).
- Hands-on familiarity with the standard tooling for the discipline.
- Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
- Clear written reasoning that specifies the craft issue and the standard being applied.
- Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.
- Authorization to work from the US.
Tools
- Krita
- Libresprite
Nice to have
- Studio, agency, or in-house team experience shipping production work.
- Prior experience reviewing AI-assisted creative tooling and its failure modes.
- Familiarity with AAA or feature-grade pipelines and asset standards.
