Graphic Design Assistant

Join Blue Whale Lending LLC. in Baltimore, MD as an onsite Graphic Design Assistant and help bring marketing ideas to life. This hourly role ( USD 30–40 ) supports the design and production of engaging graphics while contributing to branding, promotional materials, and digital assets used across social and online advertising.

What you’ll do

You’ll work closely with the design team to produce polished visuals for marketing campaigns. The role combines day-to-day production with creative support, from brainstorming through ongoing asset upkeep.

• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics for marketing materials
• Assist in developing branding and promotional content
• Support creation of digital assets for social media and online advertisements
• Maintain and update the design library and existing assets
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas

Skills and experience

• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign )
• Strong understanding of design principles and techniques
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Detail-oriented approach with a passion for creativity
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design work
