Entry-Level AI Graphic Design & Production Assistant

Build real-world AI-assisted design and production skills in an in-office role with a supportive, collaborative team at aio media llc in Shelby Charter Township, MI. This entry-level position combines creative work with practical production tasks, including resizing and adapting graphics for different formats, platforms, and screen sizes.

You will work with AI-powered tools alongside established design software to support image editing and graphic production. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with an expected 40.0 hours per week, and pay is $15.00 per hour. Remote work is not available for this role.

What you’ll do

• Resize and adapt graphics for social media, digital displays, websites, print materials, and other formats
• Use AI-powered tools to assist with graphic design, image editing, and production
• Perform basic layout, cropping, formatting, and image adjustments
• Organize digital assets and follow established naming and folder systems
• Review completed graphics for accuracy, image quality, spelling, and correct dimensions
• Complete multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
• Follow brand guidelines and production instructions
• Work closely with team members and respond to feedback
• Learn new AI, design, and computer tools as needed

Skills and qualifications

• Strong general computer skills
• Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to keep learning
• Basic understanding of graphic design concepts like image sizing, resolution, and file formats
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and handle repetitive production tasks accurately
• Reliable and punctual, able to work in the office
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
