Job Description

This remote role supports independent creative project ownership while you collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital assets. Location: Remote (Open to US Remote Candidates)
Compensation: USD 63,000 - 66,000 per year
What you’ll do
- Develop visual concepts and creative assets for digital, social media, email, website, landing pages, display advertising, and print marketing campaigns.
- Create campaign themes and creative materials aligned to member business objectives, brand identity, and target audience needs.
- Design website and landing page mockups, user interface concepts, and production-ready assets for development teams.
- Produce graphics, promotional materials, animations, and other visual content supporting integrated marketing initiatives.
- Apply brand standards, design principles, and user experience considerations to deliver effective creative solutions.
- Partner with Account Managers and Digital Marketing Specialists to translate marketing strategies into visual concepts and campaign deliverables.
- Collaborate directly with member businesses to gather feedback, refine creative solutions, and incorporate input into final assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support timely execution of creative projects.
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer, vendor, and member brand standards across assigned creative work.
- Review assets for visual consistency, accuracy, usability, and production readiness while meeting quality expectations and timelines.
- Organize and maintain design files, creative assets, and project documentation in line with team standards.
- Contribute ideas to improve creative effectiveness, workflow efficiency, and customer outcomes.
- Stay current on emerging design trends, digital marketing practices, and relevant creative technologies.
- Participate in creative reviews, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving within the design team.
- Support scalable design process development, templates, and reusable creative assets.
What you’ll bring
- Associate degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communications, Interactive Design, or related field with four (4) years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Minimum two (2) years of professional experience in digital design, graphic design, marketing design, or a related creative discipline.
- Experience creating digital marketing assets across web, email, social media, display advertising, and print channels.
- Proficiency with Figma or Adobe XD (or comparable digital design platforms).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within established timelines and quality expectations.

Preferred qualifications
- Experience working in an agency, marketing services, membership organization, or client-facing creative environment.
- Experience designing websites, landing pages, and user interface concepts.
- Experience creating motion graphics, animated GIFs, video assets, or interactive digital content.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS concepts and digital production workflows.
- Experience supporting multiple brands or customer accounts simultaneously.
- Understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and user engagement principles.
Work environment
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas.
- Must be able to access all components of the workstation and other office equipment.
- Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting; ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
- General office environment with moderate noise; mostly sedentary with occasional walking or standing.
- Busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions and frequent computer use for extended periods.
- Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
