Job Description

47 Brand LLC is looking for a Digital Designer II to support the execution of eCommerce marketing initiatives across digital channels. Based in Westwood, MA (onsite), this role helps create high-performing assets for the monthly eComm calendar while supporting both D2C and retail visual needs.

Working closely with the Senior Design Manager and cross-functional partners, you will help ensure visual solutions are consistent, accurate, and aligned with brand standards across campaigns and product moments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-impact digital assets for eCommerce, including the website, email campaigns, landing pages, and paid media.
  • Lead ideation, art direction, and design system support for D2C product launches, exclusive drops, and hot market promotions.
  • Provide advanced design and marketing support for retail channels, including signage and other visual support tools.
  • Support execution of monthly eComm marketing calendars by delivering creative solutions that align with business goals and brand standards.
  • Oversee production work across D2C marketing channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Design Manager and cross-functional teams (eComm, Product, Sales, Retail, and Content) to translate marketing needs into visual solutions.
  • Maintain organized files and follow established processes for asset delivery and archiving.
  • Stay current on digital design trends and eComm best practices to continuously elevate the brand’s visual expression.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of professional design experience (in-house or agency) preferred.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated digital and eComm design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Advanced understanding of layout, typography, and responsive design.
  • Detail-oriented approach with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude, curiosity, and a desire to learn.
  • Experience managing junior designers.
