The position supports a collaborative, contemporary open-office agency setting, using a sophisticated, award-winning approach to craft high-end digital and select traditional marketing work.

Role Overview

As a Digital Designer, you will contribute concept and design across the full spectrum of digital marketing channels, with select involvement in traditional marketing. The work is team-oriented and designed to maintain a consistent brand presence across channels.

Responsibilities

• Design across all aspects of digital marketing and traditional marketing, including web, email, remarketing ads, social media, and more.
• Create engaging, high-end work alongside a collaborative team in a contemporary, open-office agency environment.

Requirements

• Mid-level designer with a discerning eye.
• Ability to concept.
• Proficiency designing across digital channels, including email, social, web, and SEM.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects for motion graphics development.
• Sophisticated use of type treatment.
• WordPress capability, with baseline knowledge of HTML and CSS for light front-end development.
• Professional manner and work ethic with clear, service-oriented communication for occasional client contact.
• Ability to work in an open-office environment, sometimes at a fast pace, with occasional 80s music.
• Ability to work smart, stay focused, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive team attitude.
• Agency background experience with a strong grasp of brand and cross-channel marketing, focused on adding value.
