Job Description

The Enterprise Digital Designer develops and delivers digital and multi-channel creative work that supports marketing goals. The role collaborates with account and digital marketing teams and member businesses to create visual experiences, manage projects, and uphold brand quality across campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop visual concepts and creative assets for digital, social media, email, website, landing pages, display advertising, and print marketing campaigns.
  • Create campaign themes and supporting materials aligned with Member business objectives, brand identity, and audience needs.
  • Produce website and landing page mockups, UI concepts, and production-ready assets for development teams.
  • Create graphics, promotional materials, animations, and other visual content for integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Apply established design principles, brand standards, and user experience considerations to deliver effective creative solutions.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Digital Marketing Specialists to translate marketing strategies into visual concepts and campaign deliverables.
  • Work directly with Member businesses to understand brand requirements, gather feedback, and refine creative outputs.
  • Present design concepts and recommendations, incorporating stakeholder feedback into final deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support on-time creative project execution.
  • Maintain compliance with manufacturer, vendor, and Member brand standards for assigned creative projects.
  • Review assets for visual consistency, accuracy, usability, and production readiness.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality expectations, project requirements, and delivery timelines.
  • Organize and maintain design files, creative assets, and project documentation according to team standards.
  • Contribute ideas to improve creative effectiveness, workflow efficiency, and customer outcomes.
  • Stay current with emerging design trends, digital marketing practices, and relevant creative technologies.
  • Participate in creative reviews, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving within the design team.
  • Support scalable design processes, templates, and reusable creative assets.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communications, Interactive Design, or related field plus four (4) years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum two (2) years of professional experience in digital design, graphic design, marketing design, or a related creative discipline.
  • Experience creating digital marketing assets across web, email, social media, display advertising, and print channels.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or comparable digital design platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within established timelines and quality expectations.

Portfolio Submission

Candidates must submit a portfolio demonstrating the design process, visual communication skills, and multi-channel work. Portfolio submission is required with the resume/application.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an agency, marketing services, membership organization, or client-facing creative environment.
  • Experience designing websites, landing pages, and user interface concepts.
  • Experience creating motion graphics, animated GIFs, video assets, or interactive digital content.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS concepts and digital production workflows.
  • Experience supporting multiple brands or customer accounts simultaneously.
  • Understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and user engagement principles.

Location and Pay

  • Location: Remote (US remote candidates)
  • Salary: USD 63,000 - 66,000 per year
  • Experience Level: Minimum 2 years

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas.
  • Must be able to access all components of the workstation and other office equipment.
  • Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
  • General office environment with moderate noise.
  • Position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, with occasional walking or standing for brief periods.
  • Busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions.
  • Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time.
  • Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
