Job Description
Siemens Healthineers is hiring a Digital Designer to build on-brand digital visual experiences for a variety of channels. This onsite role in Malvern, PA supports Creative, Marketing, and Communications teams by turning campaign and product needs into high-quality design across web, social, motion, and illustration.
The position focuses on execution and refinement: designing digital assets, incorporating feedback, and ensuring deliverables meet technical, brand, and channel-specific requirements while balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
What you’ll do
- Create engaging web pages, digital experiences, campaign assets, and other digital content using strong visual hierarchy, UX, and responsive design principles.
- Design graphics, animations, and video content optimized for social media channels and platform specifications.
- Develop animations, transitions, typography, and motion graphics to strengthen digital campaigns and communications.
- Create original illustrations and visual assets that support digital requests while aligning with established brand guidelines and styles.
- Apply brand guidelines consistently while maintaining high creative quality across deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities, meet deadlines, incorporate feedback, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Review and refine deliverables to ensure accuracy, technical quality, brand compliance, and optimization for the intended channel.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, technologies, and AI-enabled creative tools to improve workflows and output.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic, digital, multimedia, or related design roles.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital, web, social media, motion graphics, and illustration.
- Strong command of typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Figma experience strongly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across creative and business teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing demands, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Creative problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions within brand, technical, and business requirements.

- Base pay range: $68,160 - $93,720 per year
