Job Description
Join HORNELL BREWING CO., INC. as a Digital Designer in the Marketing and E-Commerce department at their Woodbury, NY (onsite) corporate office. This role supports a new e-commerce website and helps bring brand-aligned digital campaigns to life through interactive online content, email and social creative, and ongoing user interface improvements.
Salary: USD 60,000 - 67,000 per year. Experience: 3+ years. Education: Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.

What you’ll do
- Design, produce, and manage interactive online content, including email templates, social media, promotional artwork, and informative ebooks.
- Create project briefs and present design ideas to relevant stakeholders.
- Partner with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure designs reflect the brand while meeting usability and website standards.
- Maintain consistency in design and content across company platforms.
- Transform wireframes into intuitive user interfaces.
- Review product positioning and online marketing content to spot opportunities for improvement.
- Work with the Web/Dev team to help oversee smooth implementation of new site content.
- Provide aesthetic guidance for campaigns, projects, and promotional events.
- Communicate with clients to discuss specifications and design concepts.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a high volume, deadline-driven environment (fashion and technology industry experience preferred).
- A portfolio showcasing previous digital design work.
- Solid working knowledge of design tools, including Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
- Strong organizational and technical skills, with a collaborative team approach.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, with a focus on deadlines.
