Digital Designer
Job Description
I-SITE seeks a Digital Designer to craft responsive digital experiences and collaborate across design, UX, and client work in a studio setting.
Responsibilities
- Design responsive websites and mobile applications
- Create forward-looking digital design concepts
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers during brainstorming and production
- Present and communicate creative ideas to internal teams and to clients
- Plan seamless user experiences using sitemaps, wireframing, and user flows
- Produce hi-fidelity mockups in Sketch, Photoshop, or in-browser for developers to code
- Perform design quality assurance throughout the process
- Communicate with clients and build strong collaborative relationships
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional (agency or studio) interactive experience
- Design-related degree
- Strong visual design portfolio covering Web and mobile
- Proficiency with Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of branding, typography, flexible grid systems, and the use of color and white space
- Experience planning UX deliverables including sitemaps, wireframing, and user flows
- Strategic approach to design decisions
- Proven ability to clearly articulate and present designs to clients
- In-depth knowledge of the Mac platform
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is beneficial
- Capable project organizer with strong time management
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
- Ability to multi-task and collaborate under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organized file management
- Drive to continuously learn and perfect craft
