Responsibilities

  • Design web, social, marketing, and merchandising creative for mid to high complexity projects, including rapid turn requests, aligned with briefs
  • Follow team processes for file naming, folder maintenance, and handoff while managing tasks autonomously
  • Apply print design considerations such as color mode, dielines, packaging files, and CMYK language
  • Work on the Ultra and Mint brands
  • Own projects from concept through delivery with clear ownership
  • Participate in brainstorming and creative exploration as part of the core role
  • Maintain a strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating impact
  • Present concepts to team leads and partners, outlining copy guidelines and the reasoning behind design decisions
  • Coordinate with related disciplines to ensure on-brand quality and alignment
  • Support senior designers on high-priority and complex projects, including revisions, icon creation, landing pages, email templates, and file handoffs
  • Collaborate with copywriters and the full design team to develop concepts and content strategy
  • Contribute to the creation and evolution of design resources such as style guides and templates
  • Mentor junior team members and assist with onboarding when needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination
  • 3+ years of relevant design experience in an agency or corporate environment with a strong portfolio (preferred)
  • Previous experience with web and social design (preferred)
  • Agency experience is a plus
