Responsibilities
- Design web, social, marketing, and merchandising creative for mid to high complexity projects, including rapid turn requests, aligned with briefs
- Follow team processes for file naming, folder maintenance, and handoff while managing tasks autonomously
- Apply print design considerations such as color mode, dielines, packaging files, and CMYK language
- Work on the Ultra and Mint brands
- Own projects from concept through delivery with clear ownership
- Participate in brainstorming and creative exploration as part of the core role
- Maintain a strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating impact
- Present concepts to team leads and partners, outlining copy guidelines and the reasoning behind design decisions
- Coordinate with related disciplines to ensure on-brand quality and alignment
- Support senior designers on high-priority and complex projects, including revisions, icon creation, landing pages, email templates, and file handoffs
- Collaborate with copywriters and the full design team to develop concepts and content strategy
- Contribute to the creation and evolution of design resources such as style guides and templates
- Mentor junior team members and assist with onboarding when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination
- 3+ years of relevant design experience in an agency or corporate environment with a strong portfolio (preferred)
- Previous experience with web and social design (preferred)
- Agency experience is a plus
