Job Description
Steve Madden is seeking a Digital Designer to craft visuals for email campaigns, banners, social paid ads, and homepage/site creative. This on-site role in Long Island City reports to the Senior Graphic Designer and collaborates with the Marketing team four days per week, contributing to a brand known for its distinctive digital presence. You will translate strategic ideas into compelling, on-brand graphics that resonate across channels.

USD 65,000 β 75,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Design newsletters and marketing materials across email, affiliate programs, paid social, media, and homepage/site experiences.
- Create graphic wireframes, designs, and copy layouts for diverse applications, determining artwork size, typography, and composition based on space, layout principles, and aesthetic concepts.
- Maintain brand guidelines to ensure asset consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to leverage performance data and learnings for campaign optimizations.
- Use performance insights to iterate creative designs for marketing and social campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines with appropriate support and resources as needed.
- Contribute to additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent time management and strong organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and thorough approach to work.
- Deep proficiency with Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong teamwork and communication to support individual and collective duties.
- Able to conceptualize, plan, and solve problems across varied tasks.
- Efficiency and speed under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
