Job Description
4 Over llc is building digital commerce experiences that make ordering simpler, clearer, and more accessible from first click to reorder. This onsite UI/UX role focuses on designing purchasing journeys across web and mobile, turning complex print product flows into intuitive interactions that support engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive purchasing journeys that reduce friction across the ordering process.
- Support multiple digital commerce platforms while maintaining a consistent user experience.
- Improve conversion through user-centered design and usability best practices.
- Design experiences that simplify complex print products for customers of all experience levels.
- Optimize product configuration, pricing presentation, checkout, account management, and reorder flows.
- Create end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile applications.
- Develop user journeys, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Translate business goals and customer needs into elegant, user-centered solutions.
- Use user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to understand customer needs.
- Validate concepts through customer feedback and iterative testing.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide design decisions and prioritize improvements.
- Advocate for the customer throughout the design and development process.
- Design visually engaging, responsive interfaces aligned with brand standards and modern design principles.
- Create, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems, reusable components, and UI standards.
- Ensure consistency across digital products while maintaining brand integrity.
- Design for accessibility using WCAG standards and usability best practices.
- Partner with Product Managers to define product requirements and user experiences.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented as intended.
- Work with Marketing and business stakeholders to align digital experiences with customer and business goals.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, design reviews, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
- Analyze customer behavior, product analytics, usability studies, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to validate solutions using usability testing and A/B testing.
- Monitor user engagement and recommend enhancements to improve satisfaction, usability, and conversion.
- Stay current on UX trends, emerging technologies, and digital commerce best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products, websites, or B2B/B2C eCommerce platforms.
- Experience building, maintaining, and scaling design systems in Figma.
- Strong portfolio showing user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design expertise.
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and cross-functional teams across the product development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of online purchasing journeys and designing complex eCommerce experiences.
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and modern UX/UI best practices.
- Passion for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills balancing user needs and business objectives.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing, applying data-driven insights to improve experiences.
- Familiarity with design systems, analytics tools (including Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel), and A/B testing methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative Agile environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is preferred.

Compensation
$85,000 - $110,000 per year
