Job Description

The Creative Director will steer the visual and narrative direction for Neighborly brands from the Irving, TX hub on a hybrid schedule. This leadership role blends concept development with hands-on execution, guiding designers and junior creatives while partnering with marketing and brand teams to shape messaging and creative strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Create campaign concepts and overarching creative platforms across multiple brands
  • Translate marketing objectives into engaging print, digital, and video assets
  • Define the creative vision for all brands and oversee execution including art direction and copywriting
  • Provide direction, feedback, and supervision to designers and the Junior Creative Director
  • Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand standards and campaign goals
  • Serve as the primary creative contact for agency productions
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to shape messaging and the overall creative strategy
  • Present concepts and supporting rationale to brand leadership and stakeholders
  • Leverage performance data and insights to refine creative approaches
  • Work with cross-functional teams to establish the creative vision across Neighborly brands

Requirements

  • 8 or more years of experience in creative roles, whether in an agency or in-house
  • Extensive proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Indesign, Express) and AI development tools (ChatGPT, Runway, Copilot or equivalents)
  • Proven track record developing campaign concepts and creative platforms
  • Experience delivering work across print, digital, and video formats
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both concepting and execution capabilities
  • Sharp conceptual thinking with the ability to develop clear and compelling ideas
  • Ability to execute across multiple formats with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or an equivalent qualification
