Balboa Unlimited seeks a hands-on Creative Director to lead and execute photoshoots, direct models, and turn creative concepts into compelling productions.

Overview

Location: Jacksonville, FL, onsite

Salary: USD 2,000 - 4,000 per month

This is a leadership role focused on running shoots, managing talent, and maintaining high energy and quality across every production.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage photoshoots from start to finish, ensuring alignment with the creative concept.
• Guide models on posing, presence, and performance to achieve confident results.
• Foster a strong, energetic, and professional shoot environment.
• Bring creative concepts and themes to life through hands-on execution.
• Collaborate closely with photographers and content creators to coordinate efforts.
• Ensure every participant experiences a high-quality production process.

Requirements

• Strong personality and leadership presence to guide teams and talent.
• Creative eye for content, fashion, and visual aesthetics.
• Comfort directing groups and individuals in dynamic shoot settings.
• Experience with photography, modeling, or content creation is preferred but not required.
• High energy, confidence, and organizational capability.
