Creative Director

Luquire, George and Andrews, Inc. is hiring a Creative Director for a hybrid role in Charlotte to lead visual strategy, creative teams, and multi-channel production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage art and design teams to deliver high-quality creative work aligned with brand objectives.
• Create and roll out innovative visual strategies for branding, advertising, and marketing campaigns.
• Oversee digital design production, including motion graphics, video content, and other multimedia initiatives.
• Direct the conceptualization and execution of graphic design projects using industry-standard software tools.
• Provide art direction across projects to support consistency, originality, and visual impact across all platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to turn strategic goals into clear visual narratives.
• Supervise print production workflows to ensure quality standards for physical materials.
• Stay current on trends in art, design, and digital media to support creative innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in professional art or design roles with a strong portfolio across graphic design, digital media, branding, and print production.
• Extensive knowledge of graphic design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or equivalent software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead creative teams effectively.
• Experience providing art direction for diverse media, including video production and motion graphics.
• Solid understanding of branding principles and translating them into visual assets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain creative concepts to team members and stakeholders.
