Builder - Product Designer

Reevo is looking for an early-career product designer who already builds with AI. In this role, you’ll own design work from problem discovery through delivery, partner closely with experienced designers, and prototype ideas in code so they can be tested quickly with real users and customers.

You’ll work from the Bay Area office five days a week, collaborating daily in either San Francisco or Santa Clara, with one day a week in the Santa Clara office. You will also learn directly from customer interactions and how the sales team works, using that evidence to guide your design decisions.

What you’ll do

• Own well-scoped design efforts end to end, covering flows, states, edge cases, and details, and deliver on time with a lead or senior designer nearby.
• Prototype in code, use agents to reach clickable drafts quickly, and show early versions of ideas to stakeholders.
• Attend sales calls and review customer recordings to understand how SDRs, AEs, sales managers, and RevOps leaders operate, using those insights to inform your decisions.
• Build on Reevo’s design system, and when something is missing, raise it and help advocate for what should exist.
• Bring work to critique early and often.
• Share the tools and techniques you discover while iterating on the product.
• Explain the rationale behind what you made, and revise based on what the evidence shows.

What you bring

• 0–2 years of professional product design experience (new grads included). Internships, freelance work, and personal projects you built also count.
• A portfolio that includes real design work and real things you’ve built.
• Daily experience using AI tools in your design practice, including building with them.
• Strong instincts for craft and a clear drive to improve quickly.
• Curiosity and a technical bent, with comfort working around a codebase, a terminal, or unfamiliar tools.
• High agency, including asking for what you need, surfacing problems early, and not waiting to be assigned.
• Based in the Bay Area and available for in-office work five days a week, split between the San Francisco and Santa Clara offices, with one day a week in Santa Clara.
• No B2B or sales software experience required; the domain will be taught.
