Job Description
Goldman Sachs invites you to join the Wealth Management Client Digital team in New York as an Asset & Wealth Management UI/UX Design Analyst. You will contribute to end-to-end UI/UX for digital channels such as Goldman.com and the PWM Mobile App, collaborating with product managers and engineers to translate complex financial challenges into intuitive experiences while upholding design systems, security, and accuracy. The role offers onsite work in New York with a competitive base salary range of $75,000 to $125,000 per year, plus potential discretionary year-end bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Design execution: assist in crafting user flows, wireframes, and polished interfaces for digital products, aligned with our design system standards.
- Prototyping: develop clear, interactive prototypes to convey design intent and support usability testing or stakeholder reviews.
- Data driven iteration: help analyze user data and research findings to propose design improvements and guide tactical decisions.
- Cross functional collaboration: work with product managers and engineers to understand technical constraints and ensure design specifications are implementable.
- Design system maintenance: contribute to evolving the design system by documenting components and ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
- Research support: assist senior designers with user research, competitive benchmarking, and usability testing to identify friction points in the user journey.
- Detail orientation: translate project requirements into clean, accessible designs with careful attention to typography, layout, and accessibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field with relevant coursework, or graduating by June 2026, and 0–3 years of digital product design or UX/UI experience.
- A portfolio featuring 1–2 end-to-end design projects (academic, personal, or professional) that demonstrate research, ideation, and final execution.
- Strong foundational skills in Figma and the ability to contribute to design systems.
- Knowledge of human-centered design principles, information architecture, wireframing, and responsive design.
- Ability to explore multiple creative solutions to defined problems while factoring in business and technical constraints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate design rationale to the team and stakeholders.
- Interest in integrating AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to support research, ideation, prototyping, and daily design tasks.
