Art Director

Experis is hiring an Art Director to join its Creative Department in New York, NY. This onsite role supports marketing and product teams by shaping and advancing the brand’s visual identity and guiding creative execution across multiple channels.

Working across campaigns and always-on content, you will translate brand strategy and product storytelling into visual narratives that capture the energy of NYC while maintaining a strong level of professional credibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the brand’s visual identity across campaigns, content, product launches, and evergreen channels
• Convert brand strategy and product storytelling into compelling visual narratives aligned to brand tone and credibility
• Lead creative execution across digital, social, paid media, e-commerce, merchandising, retail, and print
• Provide creative direction for photo and video shoots, including casting, styling, and on-set art direction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality, consistent assets

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in an omnichannel environment
• Strong portfolio showing work across social, e-commerce, merchandising, retail, and print
• Proven experience art directing photo and video shoots
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, plus comfort with modern creative workflows
• Experience working cross-functionally and managing external partners
