Job Description

The Art Director role at Cella is a contract position based in Los Angeles, California (onsite). The position owns end-to-end, full-funnel brand campaign execution and collaborates cross-functionally to turn cultural trends and consumer insights into data-driven creative proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution from concept through post-production to deliver cohesive full-funnel creative solutions across social, video, digital, and experiential touchpoints.
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership, creative teams, and external agencies to ensure omnichannel brand strategies align with broader business objectives.
  • Translate emerging cultural trends and consumer insights into high-impact, data-driven creative proposals that strengthen brand relevance.
  • Oversee junior creative talent and manage production workflows to maintain exceptional craft quality, brand alignment, and on-time delivery.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional agency or in-house art direction experience executing high-visibility, integrated brand campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Slides, and contemporary production and post-production processes for static and video assets.
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute culturally resonant campaign work across full-funnel media channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field, with strong leadership, presentation, and collaboration skills.
