T-Mobile Advertising Solutions (T-Ads) is seeking a 3D Motion Designer to produce high-impact 3D motion graphics for Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising campaigns. This onsite role in New York supports a complete motion design workflow and cross-team collaboration to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned creative.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce high-fidelity 3D motion design assets tailored to DOOH formats, including anamorphic and 3D billboard executions.
Own the full motion design pipeline, covering style frames, 3D modeling and texturing, animation, lighting, rendering, and compositing.
Translate static design layouts from storyboards into dynamic 3D environments, bringing 2D digital brand imagery into motion.
Support Senior Designers on high-priority and complex projects, while partnering with the creative team to develop concepts and content strategy.
Help maintain and expand T-Ads design resources and tools, including style guides, onboarding manuals, and templates.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to convert brand briefs into clear, compelling visual narratives.

Worktank is seeking a Freelance Motion Designer based in Seattle, WA (onsite) to produce motion graphics for corporate video and live or virtual broadcast. This role focuses on turning creative direction into polished visuals across both post-production and real-time environments.

Responsibilities

Design and animate motion graphics for corporate videos, including graphics packages, lower thirds, titles, transitions, and other on-screen elements
Build and prepare broadcast graphics for live and virtual events, supporting show clock requirements and real-time or playback needs
Create additional supporting design assets as required, such as presentation graphics, event branding, and promotional materials
Partner with producers, editors, and directors to translate creative direction into finished visuals for both live environments and post-production workflows

Requirements
