Web & Digital Designer

This full-time, on-site role in Spokane, WA focuses on designing and producing digital assets across web and online campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital assets for websites, social media, digital display, and other online campaigns
• Create web pages and interface elements
• Build and refine digital graphics for campaign needs
• Collaborate with account and creative teams to translate concepts into engaging visual designs
• Prepare design files for development and deployment
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team
• Maintain consistency across digital touchpoints
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to support innovative client work

Requirements

• Strong skills in digital designs and graphics for web, social, and digital display assets
• Proficiency in graphic design and branding to create cohesive visual identities and campaigns
• Experience in web design, including layout, UI/UX fundamentals, and responsive design
• Ability to use industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and how design supports campaign objectives
• Detail orientation and time management to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Relevant education or equivalent experience in design, visual communication, or a related field

Compensation

• $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
