Job Description

Crown World offers a clear, structured work schedule with an onsite role in Irvine, CA, running Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. This Web Designer position supports a practical blend of creative design and hands-on front-end work, with compensation in the range of $30.00 to $33.00 per hour.

In this role, you will create and maintain digital experiences across websites, landing pages, and email campaigns. You will also support responsive, UX-forward design and perform front-end updates using the tools and platforms the team relies on, including WordPress, HTML/CSS, and Adobe CMS.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain websites, landing pages, and email campaigns using WordPress, HTML/CSS, and other appropriate web platforms.
  • Design responsive, user-focused layouts by applying UX best practices and optimizing graphics, imagery, and digital assets.
  • Independently research the company’s products, target audiences, and industry trends to develop accurate, engaging digital content with minimal direction.
  • Identify and suggest appropriate design concepts or website themes.
  • Optimize custom graphic elements and iconography to meet modern device standards.
  • Source related imagery to help communicate the client story in a compelling way.
  • Apply creative judgment and UX awareness across projects.
  • Create responsive web and email treatments for customer intelligence automation software.
  • Maintain and modify the front end of the company website in Adobe CMS.
  • Maintain and update the e-commerce front-end UI and communicate identified bugs or technical issues to the development team.
  • Review website analytics and user behavior data, then recommend UX and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate projects, requirements, timelines, and business objectives.
  • Participate in planning meetings and conference calls as needed.
  • Track project progress using company-approved tools and join planning meetings as required.
  • Complete other related duties and projects as directed by management based on business needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience required.
