Web Designer

NJ Internet Access seeks a skilled Web Designer to join its small creative studio in a full-time, on-site role based in Fairfield, California. The position requires a minimum of three years of professional experience and covers web and print design, ongoing site maintenance, and direct collaboration with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide design services to clients across projects
• Create print collateral including business cards, newsletters, brochures, postcards, and ads
• Design, develop and maintain websites
• Execute day-to-day web maintenance and production; contribute to design across various websites and print materials
• Optimize graphics for fast loading, web-safe colors, and cross-platform compatibility
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to support a growing business
• Scan and optimize images for web use

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of professional work experience, preferably with a design firm
• Strong design skills
• Ability to work well with clients, vendors, and co-workers
• Willingness to be flexible with changes to original design concepts
• Creative portfolio that spans both web and print work
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage clients in a friendly, professional manner
