Job Description

Topgolf is hiring a Video & Motion Designer for an onsite role in Dallas, TX. In this position, you’ll craft video and motion content that supports paid media, organic social, in-venue experiences, digital marketing, and internal communications, while helping keep everything aligned with Topgolf brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos based on provided briefs and creative direction
  • Lead the full post-production workflow, including media management, rough cuts, color correction, audio mixing, and final delivery
  • Create original motion graphics, animated assets, and kinetic typography for campaigns, social, venue experiences, games, web, and app experiences
  • Produce platform-specific video and motion executions, including 6-, 10-, 15-, and 30-second ads for paid media, social, in-venue displays, digital channels, and OOH placements
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, Project Managers, Marketing partners, and external vendors to bring concepts to life
  • Organize and maintain media libraries, project files, templates, and archived assets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, Motion Design, Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion design, or post-production within an in-house creative team, agency, production company, or marketing organization
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience with video editing workflows such as media management, transcoding, compression, codecs, and platform-specific exports
  • Experience creating motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animated social content
  • Strong storytelling instincts for narrative-driven edits
  • Highly organized approach with exceptional file and project management
  • Effective time management to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and implement creative feedback

Bonus Qualifications

  • Knowledge of on-set production, including lighting, camera setup, and audio capture
  • Experience with Blackmagic, Canon, and Sony camera systems
  • Understanding of graphic design fundamentals and visual storytelling principles
  • Experience with visual effects (VFX) and 3D animation tools such as Houdini, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar software
