Job Description
Excelon solutions is hiring a Travel Retail Training & Visual Merchandising Coordinator for a hybrid contract role based in Miami, FL. This position supports business development across North America and Latin America, combining virtual training for store teams with end-to-end execution of visual refreshes aligned to brand and campaign guidelines.
You will help store staff perform with confidence through structured, engaging training sessions, while also ensuring stores receive the latest visuals on time. The role is designed for a detail-oriented coordinator who enjoys managing schedules, tracking completion, and keeping information accurate across multiple markets.
What you’ll do
- Deliver engaging virtual training sessions to store staff across North and Latin America, covering brand knowledge, collections, new product launches, innovations, and key selling points.
- Adapt training content to match market and customer needs, including assortment, product focus, translation into Spanish, and innovation updates.
- Coordinate and manage the training schedule with customers across the region.
- Track training completion and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure training materials and product information are accurate and current.
- Continuously look for ways to improve training effectiveness and engagement.
- Own and manage the visual refresh process across North and Latin America, ensuring stores receive the latest visuals in line with campaign and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with customers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to support smooth, timely implementation of visual updates.
- Follow up on execution so all stores implement the most updated brand visuals.
- Monitor deadlines, identify gaps, and proactively follow up on outstanding actions.
- Maintain up-to-date store files, databases, trackers, and regional visual assets.
- Collect and organize store information and visual execution updates to support reporting and follow-up.
- Ensure consistency and compliance with brand guidelines across the region.
What you bring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English and Spanish are essential; Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with confidence communicating with stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly learn product and brand information and present it to others.
- Basic understanding of marketing, branding, and/or visual merchandising principles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines consistently.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and changing requirements.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a small international team.
- Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through from start to finish.
- Previous experience in an office/corporate environment (not only retail experience).
Role details
- Location: 7300 NW 19th St, Suite 305, Miami, FL 33126 (in person)
- Work model: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days work from home)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (half an hour for lunch)
- Job type: Contract
- Duration: 6+ months temp to hire
Pay and benefits
- $37.50/hr W2 all inclusive (no benefits)
- $30.00 - $37.50 per hour
