Visual Design Co-op - Summer 2027

Gain hands-on visual design experience with Crown Equipment Corporation through the Visual Design Co-op for Summer 2027. This onsite internship supports key management and product development teams by helping shape brand and layout assets, with opportunities to contribute to both early creative work and production-phase deliverables.

What you’ll do

You’ll work closely with visual designers to develop creative design solutions with strong visual impact for key management and product development teams. Your focus will include applying fundamentals such as typography, iconography, color, space, and texture across a range of design outputs.

• Create and refine visual design elements for product branding, logotypes, and layouts.
• Support projects including posters, presentations, infographics, and photo manipulation.
• Collaborate with and assist other design groups such as Interaction Design, Production Design, and other cross-functional design teams, updating visual design aspects tied to Crown Design project activity.
• Provide graphic support for production-phase requirements, which may include design and preparation of on-truck graphics and labeling, mockup decals, print & package design, and general assistance.

What you bring

• Completed the first year of a 2 or 4 year college program focused on Graphic/Visual Communications.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and other relevant design tools.
• Submit a portfolio by attaching either an online link or a PDF version in the Additional Information section of the application.
