Sr. SharePoint Developer/Graphic Design Support

teKnoluxion is hiring a Sr. SharePoint Developer/Graphic Design Support to support the NGA customer mission onsite in Springfield, VA. This role combines SharePoint development with visual design and media support, helping teams publish clearer, more usable content through branded, engaging digital experiences.

Compensation for this position is USD 128,000 to 150,000 per year, and the role requires 10+ years of related experience along with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). If you have a strong foundation in SharePoint engineering and can translate complex information into polished, user-friendly materials, this position offers a focused way to support organizational content and user engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain internal and external SharePoint sites to support day-to-day and mission needs.
• Improve visual design, layout, branding, and usability of SharePoint pages and published content.
• Create and maintain visually compelling digital products that strengthen information sharing and user engagement.
• Provide graphic design, publishing, and media support for layouts, illustrations, charts and graphs, logos, infographics, and photos.
• Create and edit visual content for strategic plans, leadership briefs, training materials, outreach products, and general information pages.
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders to improve organizational content including reports, briefs, dashboards, and other user-facing products.
• Apply modern design principles to enhance readability, accessibility, consistency, and overall presentation across SharePoint-hosted content.
• Support SharePoint branding, customization, and page design using front-end web technologies and platform-native capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize templates, page layouts, and visual identity across sites and publications.
• Translate complex information into intuitive and visually effective content for a broad range of users.

Requirements

• Active TS clearance (with SCI Eligibility) and eligibility to obtain CI Poly.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required.
• 10+ years of related SharePoint development experience.
• 5 years of experience in analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web-based applications.
• 3–5 years with SharePoint 2019 or SharePoint SE.
• Demonstrated experience supporting SharePoint branding, page design, and user experience improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in graphic design, infographic creation, and visual content development.
• Experience partnering with leadership, content owners, and technical teams to deliver polished, mission-focused digital products.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple taskings and stakeholder needs.
• Experience creating and customizing SharePoint workflows in SharePoint Designer.
• Experience creating customized InfoPath forms.
• Experience building and supporting SharePoint across sites, site collections, master pages, templates, web parts, content types and policies, lists, libraries, workflows, authentication, security groups, permissions, and customizations.
• Familiarity with third-party SharePoint applications.
• Experience with SharePoint templates, customization, branding, and web development including HTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT, CAML, and JavaScript.
• Strong SharePoint troubleshooting skills, plus strong documentation and communication skills.
• Strong user interaction, requirements gathering, and business analysis skills.
• Understanding of SharePoint business intelligence capabilities.
• Experience using SharePoint for document management and website publishing.
• Experience creating visual products including infographics, charts, and dashboards for executive or organizational audiences.
• Ability to balance technical SharePoint development with business-facing design and publishing requirements.
