Job Description

As a Sr. Art Director with Experis, you will join the client's Creative Department in a hybrid role based in St. Louis, Missouri. You will support Marketing and Brand Strategy by conceptualizing and designing omnichannel campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and presenting work to internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design omnichannel consumer communications across traditional advertising, print, digital, and social media campaigns
  • Deliver high quality design recommendations and executions while maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence
  • Operate with autonomy by managing project assignments, meeting deadlines, and applying feedback effectively
  • Present and defend your creative work confidently to internal teams and clients
  • Collaborate effectively with Account Managers, Strategy teams, vendors, and other creative professionals to influence positive outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a design emphasis preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or similar creative role
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma for digital and print design
  • Strong understanding of designing for traditional channels and digital platforms, including social media, ecommerce, and digital advertising
  • Excellent typography skills and motion design experience, including After Effects and animated GIFs
